Over the past 14+ years, I have worked as a consultant, leader and entrepreneur across corporates, scale-ups and complex organisations. This has given me a broad and grounded perspective on what it really takes to move organisations forward — not in theory, but in practice.

Today, I primarily support leaders and teams who are navigating moments of change: strategy shifts, digital or asset-driven transformations, organisational redesign, or the need to bring focus and direction in complex environments. I work alongside the organisation as a trusted advisor, helping to clarify the challenge, align stakeholders and translate ambition into actionable change.

My role is not to “coach from the sidelines”, nor to take over execution. Instead, I create the conditions in which leaders and teams can make better decisions, take ownership and deliver sustainable outcomes.
